Special Requests

We use quality ingredients from local shops in the greater Cavan area. Our chutney is from Moran's Mega Jam and Corrine makes her own cheeseballs and spreads, dips and cookies. We use local producers when we can. We also offer premium cheeses and meats for additional charge. This might include Corleggy or Sheridan cheese for example. We also can cater for some special dietary restrictions in a limited way. We do not cater for celiacs or any serious allergies, but if you want us to swap out something (use gluten free crackers instead of regular for example, we can do that. Please call with any special requests and we will do our best to meet your needs. We use nuts in our kitchen so we do not cater for for people with nut allergies.
